Board members of the Odessa Development Corporation today are scheduled to approve three annual contracts, which will include the annual administration contracts and an audit services contract.

Odessa Development Corporation board members approved their final budget for the 2013-2014 fiscal year Thursday afternoon. Members Richard “Buz” Browning, Frank Deaderick and Jim Breaux approved the $28,593,933 budget.
