Our Economic Development partners at Odessa College offer a number of construction-related certifications and degree plans, from HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical to a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership and Management - Construction Management. The program specializes in leadership and management principles in residential and commercial construction, project scheduling, budgeting, safety and subcontractor management.
